Farming Online website logging on

The Farming Online website is designed around a standard screen resolution of 800x600. The website service offers two access tiers (FREE & Premium). All visitors can navigate the free news/weather/prices once registered. Access to the premier tier is only available to subscribers.

To log on click Log On (top left of the Farming Online homepage).

Unable to log on or having to logon every visit
Four main causes:

1. Incorrect username and or password - You can request confirmation of your username and password via the log on screen.
2. Incorrect settings - The browser is not configured to accept cookies. Follow Add Farming Online as a safe site to Internet Explorer (below).
3. Firewall security - The security settings are set high to prevent cookies being accepted.
4. Proxy server - The PC is connecting via a proxy server.

Add Farming Online as a safe site to Internet Explorer (IE)

1. Open IE.
2. Select Tools followed by Options.
3. Select Privacy tab (Medium is an acceptable setting on the slider).
4. Select the Sites button.
5. Type http://www.farming.co.uk/ in the Address of web site field and click Allow.

1. Click Security tab.
2. Click Trusted Sites then Sites.
3. Add http://www.farming.co.uk Uncheck the box that requires https verification, then click Add.
4. Click on OK when done, followed by OK to return to IE
