Farming Online e-mail Technical Support

• To add a new e-mail address to your Farming Online account click here.
• To configure an e-mail on the PC that has already been added to your Farming Online account follow the steps (below):

NB - Farming Online operate a secure closed relay e-mail service, therefore e-mail access is only permitted using Farming Online Broadband or Dial-up. For alternative options click here

Outlook Express

- Open Outlook Express   - Select Tools followed by Accounts    - Select the Mail tab     - Select Add and Mail from the short list.      - Enter Display Name [eg John Smith] and select Next >.       - Enter your e-mail address and select Next >        - Enter Incoming mail: pop3.farming.co.uk         - Enter Outgoing mail: smtp.farming.co.uk and           select Next >          - Enter Account name: [same as e-mail address]           - Enter e-mail password and select Next >            - Select Finish and Close.

Windows Mail

- Open Windows Mail   - Select Tools followed by Accounts    - Select Add and then e-mail Account from the list. Click Next     - Enter Display Name [eg John Smith] and Click Next.      - Enter your e-mail address and Click Next       - Select Incoming e-mail server type: POP3.        - Enter incoming mail: pop3.farming.co.uk         - Enter outgoing e-mail server: smtp.farming.co.uk.          - Outgoing server requires authentication - unticked. Click Next           - Enter Account name: [same as e-mail address] and password.            - Remember password - optional. Click Next             - Do not download my e-mail at this time - unticked              - Click Finish then Close.

Microsoft Outlook

NB Outlook is a premium package and can only be fully supported by the vendor. - Open Outlook   - Select Tools followed by e-mail Accounts    - Select the Add a new e-mail account and Next >     - Select server type: POP3 and Next >      - Enter Your Name: [eg John Smith].       - Enter e-mail address        - Enter Incoming mail: pop3.farming.co.uk         - Enter Outgoing mail: smtp.farming.co.uk and           select Next >          - Enter User name: [same as e-mail address]            - Enter e-mail password and select Next >             - Select Finish.
