The steps (below) explain how to export your Windows Address Book (WAB) and upload it to:
- Farming Online's premier (Friends) Anti spam (1.0 & 1.1 below).
- from an old PC to new a new PC (2.0 & 2.1).

- Open WAB (within Outlook Express or Windows>>Programs>>Accessories Menu).
- Select File & Export
- Select Other Address Book
- Select Text File (Comma Separated Values) and Export
- Select Browse and select a file location (eg Desktop) and Enter a filename.
- Select Save
- Select Next >
- Untick all fields except for e-mail address & select Finish.
The exported [file].csv file will be saved to your selected location (eg Desktop) ready to be imported to your Farming Online Friends Anti Spam.

- Open Windows Notepad (Windows>>Programs>>Accessories Menu).
- Select File & Open
- Change Files of type to All files
- Select [file].csv from selected location (eg Desktop) and Open
Within Notepad, each e-mail will be listed on a separate line. Simply add a comma after each e-mail and delete the carriage return so that
e-mails appear as: email1,email2, email3,email4 etc.
Tip - upload a max of 25 e-mails at a time.
Once formated like this the emails can be copied in one block to the e-mail manager:

Alternatively e-mail [file].csv as an attachment to: accounts@farming.co.uk

- Open WAB (within Outlook Express or Windows>>Programs>>Accessories Menu).
- Select File & Export
- Select Address book (WAB)
- Select a file location (eg Desktop) and Enter a filename.
- Select Save
The exported [file].wab file will be saved to your selected location (eg Desktop) ready to be transferred to the new PC by email attachment or by disk.

On new PC, Save [file].wab from e-mail attachment or disk to new location (eg Desktop).
- Open WAB (Windows>>Programs>>Accessories Menu).
- Select File & Import.
- Select saved Address book [file].wab from saved location (eg Desktop).
- Select Open.
