Information for senders experiencing rejection errors
The Farming Online e-mail service adheres to all current RFC guidelines/standards for SPF, DKIM, HELO, PTR checks and blacklists to minimise spam for all e-mail users.

Most common sources of rejections sending to a Farming Online e-mail are:
  1. Sender IP blacklisted. The delivery failure report provides full details. Check your IP click here
  2. Incorrectly configured exchange server, or sending via a different smtp server without SFP or smart host permissions.
  3. Recipients mailbox full "quota exceeded". Contact us

To help senders configure their service to maximise deliverability to Farming Online and all other servers, we have developed a simple help tool: Using the senders e-mail (eg me@mydomain.co.uk) & exact connection/PC configuration, send an e-mail to mtacheck@fol.uk.net Then visit mx2.fol.uk.net and enter the sender e-mail (eg me@mydomain.co.uk) into the form. The information returned will help the domain administrator configure the domain accordingly.
